Table hosts makes sure everyone is greeted, learns their name, and asks their story.
Every element of a Flash Table — the white tablecloth, the real plate, the cloth napkin, the poured water — sends a clear message to the guest:
- White tablecloth – You are a guest at a banquet — you are honored
- Real china plate – You deserve the full experience, not a paper substitute
- Cloth napkin & silverware – This is a five-star moment designed for you
- Table centerpiece / flowers – This space was prepared with love and care for you
- Water pitcher – You are continually cared for — nothing is withheld
- Volunteer host sitting at the table – We are with you, not above you — same table, same meal
1. Sign up to become a host.
2. Participate in the “Hosting with Mutuality” Training.
3. Complete the “Hosting with Mutuality” Training by participating at a Flash Table event.
4. Register as a table host for future Shared Table and Flash Table events.
5. Share the stories at your table with the team.
